DLG Services, Inc. ("DLG Services", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through dlgservicesinc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you enter:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company name, phone number (optional), the topic you choose, and your message.
• Free telecom assessment request: your contact details, information about your business, and how you'd like to be contacted.
• Insights subscription: your email address, your first name if you give it, and your consent to receive new articles.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and the site itself sets no cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
• To prepare a telecommunications and data circuit assessment when you request one.
• To email you new articles, if you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:

• HubSpot provides our website forms, our customer records and our subscriber list, and may be used to send our emails to subscribers. Information you submit through a form is stored in HubSpot. HubSpot may use cookies within the form itself as part of how its forms work; see HubSpot's privacy policy.
• Amazon Web Services hosts this website.
• Microsoft 365 provides our business email, where we receive notice of your submission and correspond with you.
• Carriers and technology providers. If you ask us to source or compare telecommunications, connectivity or cloud services, we share the details needed to obtain quotes with our technology services distributor and the providers we compare, with your permission.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we are required to keep it longer by law.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from article emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing robert@dlgservicesinc.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

This site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we use reputable providers to store your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you share with us.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
